Talk Talk Woe Foreign IP addresses

Hi all, can someone tell me if there is a way to change IP addresses. Talk Talk are using foreign IP addresses and this is banning me from referral sites which state you must be UK based which I am but TT are using IP addresses abroad so I am snookered. Is there a way of changing?? Many thanks

Assuming TT use dynamic addressing then the only thing you can do is turn of your router/ADSL modem for as long as possible and hope that when you turn it back on, you'll get another IP address. There is no actual way for you to change it yourself.

I didn't know TT use IP addresses outside the UK but as that seems to be the case there is a good chance you'll get another IP address still outside the UK.
