Sky TV glitches ?

Why am I suddenly getting on screen glitches and freeze frames and sound lag ? Sky dish,Toshiba tv 12 months old.Could it be my sat. dish cable.my other tv upstairs on the same dish (Samsung) is fine !

So if the other TV is fine you can rule out the dish or LNB. It can only be either the feed from the LNB to the downstairs TV, the Sky box or the TV itself.
Suggest you swap over the TV's and boxes in turn to eliminate those from the mix.No free lunch, and no free laptop
