Hi,
I just signed up to a contract on Dial-a-Phone on the 29th of last month. I received the phone, but it was faulty so it went back yesterday and they were planing on sending a new one out to me today.
The thing is that I got 7 months line rental at £1.99, but now they are doing a deal of 9 months free line rental. Is there anyway I can get on the new deal?

The distance selling regulations allow you 7 working days cooling off, so if you're very quick you may be able to cancel the contract.0

They Have To Give You What Deals On Offer At The Time So If It Was 7 Month Before And 9 Now They Will Give You The 9 But Mention It To Them.
