Orange Data Connection/Signal - York

Hi,

I was thinking about getting a smartphone on Orange. However, I wondered if anyone had any experience of having one in the York area? I have searched the internet and have found a lot of people having signal problems in central London with Orange, including not being able to get 3G. I know that there is a very good O2 data connection in York.

There are a lot of good deals on Orange just now, but I don't want to get one and be trapped for 18 months if I won't be able to use the internet properly.

I live in haxby, North York and get very good reception in the whole area, and in Leeds where I work

Cheers, hopefully that means I should be ok. Am in South Bank so other side, but I don't see why not. York isn't that big!

York is pretty good for signal, never had any problems myself, if you're unsure get an Orange PAYG sim and test the signal
