    Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Clicked contact us at the bottom and it said page has been moved. Went through the site map and found the following:

    CheapDiscountSupplements.com
    34 East Muir Street, Glasgow G32 0HS.

Don't wish to worry the OP, but that address appears to be that of InterCity Auto Windscreens

(Ignore the google approximate address, the real number is to the top right of the door)

Block 3 Unit 43 appears to be the same unit - they seem to have some dual numbering system in place. (You need to look at neighbouring units to understand)

Hi Thanks for all your replies.
I have studied the invoice that came with the parcel - I noticed the address on it is Block 3, Unit 43, 34 Eastmuir Street, Annick Industrial Estate, Shettleston, G32 0HS.

I am a little reluctant to send it back as I have a feeling I wont receive a refund as if their practice is to ignore all my emails and doesnt portray a professional service!!

My main concern now is to somehow report their business as I dont want it to happen to other people, is this possible?

As for my money I think the only way is sell it on ebay to at least make something back.

How about asking your bank if they can help should the company refuse to refund you?
You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride
