Ordered item from web company,sent wrong item and they wont reply...

Hi I placed an order at the end of May to cheap discount supplies dot com . It was for some Xen tanning lotion priced at £16.99 inc postage. They charged my account immediately but had to wait a month before receiving product from them. When I did it was the wrong product, they sent me Fake Bake lotion priced at £14.99.
On the invoice which I still have it said 'Out of stock, sent Fake Bake'.
I ordered Xen as that was my choice, the Fake Bake I have been sent wouldnt even work in the same way and its cheaper than what I paid for.
So I emailed the company immediately and they replied back days later telling me to post back.
I then emailed back to ask about them refunding my postage and thats where communication stopped - I have emailed a further 2 times to chase this up and they wont reply. There is also no tel number on the site so only way of contact is email.
Their emails were very unprofessional, with terrible spelling!!
This is a terrible company and dont want others to go through the same, what can I do??

Yes I paid by Visa debit card - does that enable me to claim back?

i'm getting error message when trying to load the site.

and visa debit doesnt give the same protection but you could speak to your bank and see if they can help.

if there is no postal address or phone number, along with english being extremely bad, you may find they're not UK based. Where did the package arrive from?

sorry yes its the address Olliesdad mentioned. Yes parcel was defo UK based and have a return address but he wont reply to my q if postage will be refunded and as its their mistake I shouldnt pay for it, Also no guarantee the correct item will be sent as no replies to all my recent emails over past few weeks.

Thats 7 working days to notify them of your intentions to cancel in a durable form (ie email, writing or - if their terms and conditions allows it - by telephone)
