How to complete bank transfer online with Lloyds TSB

So I've decided I'm going to use the bank transfer facility.
Went into my local branch and was told it would cost me to do a bank transfer in store.
He told me to do it online.
What I'm trying to do is transfer online, but can't find where or how to do it?!
Can anyone help?

I doubt it, more likely they prevented links that open in a new window from appearing, or it's actually your pop-up blocker.
right click the link and do "save target as" then paste into the address bar. or just get someone competent in computer usage to find the demo for you on lloyds website0 -
It doesn't cost anything to transfer money in the branch. It may be they thought you wanted an 'immediate transfer', eg of house purchase funds or similar (called CHAPS), but ordinary transfers (called BACS), which take three days, are free.
Exactly how you access payments online will depend on whether you are on the 'old' or 'new' version of the website (it's in the process of changing over).
Lokolo's info (above) is for the 'old' version, for the 'new' version (clue: ruddy great unnecessary pictures of debit cards (current a/cs) and piggy banks (savings a/cs)), click on the account name and then click on the tab named 'Payments'.0 -

Ah! Mine hasn't changed yet0 -
Mine hasn't either! Are they doing them in a random order or working through sort codes or what?
By the sounds of it the old version is much better anyway!War does not determine who is right - only who is left.0 -
