Hope you and DD had fun Wingo x shopping used to be my therapy, now comping is :D Like Toni said it takes my mind off things and keeps me hopes up ...

I used to have a lot of bad allery because of contact lenses Wingo, I did lasik about 7 years ago in a private eye hospital abroad....took 10 minutes (cost me about £400 all in all) and I took the train back home half an hour after that..

Fin, it can be disheartening not to receive wins, you should have been harder on these two...they can't just change their minds....stay positive hunni...In March I was complaining to OH that I never win any gadgets...Next day I received a box with a netbook, an apple touch ipod and ipod speakers :eek:
My rule is it should not take over my life (it does :o) but other than that i have nothing to lose...

having a gin with lemon and tunic water  first time in ages...need to have a shower but feeling very lathergic - I think mother nature will visit soon :eek:

Breeze, great to see you happy and settled x

feefee, good to see you here ..
Tulip lovely custome ..Have fun at the Dawlish Festival
  • Hello all

this is my first visit here although I've been meaning to stop by for ages! It's nice to take a break from comping for a few minutes (any longer and I get withdrawal symptoms :rotfl:)

You've all been so amazing and helpful since I joined MSE in May that I was hoping you could also help me with a holiday question.

I am wanting to take my mum on hols. to Scotland as neither of us has ever been. I've had a tough year fighting depression and she's been with me every step of the way (even on the days I've been a complete b*tch!) and I wanted to do this as a thank you. But, I'm a bit overwhelmed with all the places there we could visit and hoped someone could give me some advice?

I don't really like big cities and would love to visit the coast but don't want to stay somewhere so remote there's only sheep for company:)

    Any sugggestions?

    Thanks, as always..... :D

    Blue xx
And I won't sit down and I won't shut up
And most of all I will not grow up! :p
