Im worn out, we decided Thursday to get rid of the veg patch and put a pond in, well the ponds in, deckings down just need to sort a bbq area out

No exciting post here apart from a bank statement

sooo tired, but soooo glad to be back on island, Horse is really happy. gonna get on her for short walk ride on monday, get her legs stronger etc after they were injured. and get her to the beach, its only a mile away ish.

Well done tulip, you look like a great gypsy.

gonna try and get a load of comps done tonight,.

hope everyone is OK (((hugs))) to anyone who needs/wants them

Evening all.

Sorry I haven't popped in for a few days. Been having lots of lovely days out with my beautiful DD. Went to the beach at Weymouth on Friday and had a lovely time. I so love her being off school and at home - although the comping has taken a battering.

Just been catching up on you all. Love the outfit, Tulip! So pleased for your win!

Glad it's not just me, Fin. Seem to have had a really lousy July winnings-wise. Been telling myself off for feeling sorry for myself about this. Not only have I not won much but I've had to get shirty with a couple of companies for non receipt of winnings. Went to the ISP in the end about my Visa win which never arrived. Hate doing that - have been spending the whole time worrying about it since! Am hoping for a more fruitful August but who knows.

Hope everyone else is lucky, lucky, lucky this week. Fingers crossed and lots of comping fairy dust for everyone.

Thanks Toni for your words of encouragement & feefee for letting me know I am not alone - Iknow I shouldn't moan & every win is a bonus. I honestly don't expect wins & am really chuffed when I get something but to win & it not arrive is just so disheartning.
I finished in the lead for the creme egg comp & was really excited about going to NY stayed in all easter weekend & heard nothing - eventually phoned them & prize had been given to someone else (at least it was an MSE'r) I was told there had been a fault with the comp & some of my codes were corrupt.
My biggest win that I did really get notification of was a Humax PVR - I was told to wait 12 weeks for delivery & phoned when it didn't arrive to be told that the company who sent out the prizes are saying the did not receive my claim form (I forgot to send it recorded) to make matters worse whoever decided at the PR company to keep it registered it in my name & I keep getting e-mails from Humax to download software updates
There have been various other wee things like the beach towel mentioned above

The only thing I won in July was the Rod Stewart at the SECC tickets & that turned into a nightmare - although I did eventually get in the carry on took the shine off it a bit
I am also just feeling cranky today because of the constant rain here
Tulip do you want to do a house swap for a couple of weeks? lol

Nothing exciting to tell here either. Just went to collect my new glasses from town, need to give my eyes a rest from contact lenses. Took dd1 with me for a bit of retail therapy! She is so tall for a 10 yr old that I have to look in the ladies clothes for her!
