Hi Everyone!!
I would like a bit of advice please
To start with the phone -
Crashes, doesn't charge, new battery made no difference.
Billing -
Upgraded my contract without asking, bills are stupidly high, things added on that I didn't consent to!!!
I have 10 months left... Do have any grounds to get my contract reduced, since I can't have the full benefit of the phone without sending it off for weeks? I also will be out of a job by the end of the month too.
Any Advice?

For T-Mobile problems, substitute any one of the following - they are all the same
- Orange
- Vodafone
- O2
- Tesco
- 3
- Virgin
- ASDA
- any others as well
Advice for the future?
Go 30-day sim only with your own cheap phone. That's the problem with contracts - when times get hard (and I am sorry to read of your loss of job), they become an unwelcome millstone.
Fingers crossed on the job front.0
