does anyone have a disablity pass in the north east

been looking on the nexus website was wondering if anyone had got this pass without being on HRM, the come across this but under this i would get it but does anyone know what the crietria is here

i have only just started looking at this properly tonight, i did have a medical before which is why i said about that but i have only just found that tonight and wondered
