Get the stingy old man to buy you a decent computer.0

While you're waiting, you could try going to UserCP (on the green bar above the 'Like it', 'Spam' etc buttons which I hope you can see!) and go to Edit Options on the left.
See if your options are the same as his, or whether you can improve your surfing experience by tweaking yours.Signature removed for peace of mind0 -
Or improve your husband's surfing experience by tweaking his options back to the old layout ?

but ive never tweaked them on either puter and OH isnt an mse member so its not him. the sites visual appearances are very different . i cant see an option in edit to get the social media buttons on or off....they are on every post on his puter. has anyone else got this new version of mse forums?Wins: 2008: £606.10 2009: £806.24 2010: £713.47 2011: 328.320

Try messing with the Display Modes options - on the green bar below the blue spam etc buttonsSome days you're the dog..... most days you're the tree!

nope....that just puts linear threads at the top of the page. what i am refering to is in the actual post. its a box with buttons to share on facebook and twitter. plus the thanks buttons etc are rounded off and more modern looking on OH's puter.Wins: 2008: £606.10 2009: £806.24 2010: £713.47 2011: 328.320

Try the Miscellaneous - the very bottom option. Are you on the New Look or the Old Look?Signature removed for peace of mind0
