You can still vote it's just the netbook competition that has finished

I agree with Daphne01. This is confirmation that you have voted for a piece of music, not of entry into a competition.

The only mention of the Samsung comp on the website page is the statement I quoted in post #67 -"Please note that the Netbook competition closed on the morning of Friday 6 August 2010." - and as Zenmaster stated in post #65 the final winner was Diane Garren, announced on the Simon Bates show yesterday.
