After checking the T&C's there is no mention of having to identify what was just on air. In fact term 1.3 states "All those who enter before the closing date will be entered into a free prize draw".

How awful for you lottiegirl! Thanks for letting us know. What time did they ring you? If this is part of the comp, they really should make it clearer in the T's + C's.

Don't understand why they should ring you when the contact number isn't required. I've just entered without filling in a contact number and it went through fine.

I don't know about that, but I did get a call . I am registered with them.When I am logged in to enter the comp the contact form shows my telephone number so thats where they got my number.

Not doubting you at all lottie, didn't mean to upset you, just think it very odd that they should run the comp like this. I agree with shazzyf, makes you wonder if it's worth entering if you work.

Hope you get another good win to make up for it.

To be honest with you I would give them a call to see if it was authentic. Since nowhere else is mention that you have to know what was playing, it's very odd what happened and it has in a way made me very uncomfortable, I 've always thought ClassicFm to be a serious radio and not do this kind of thing. I would not sit and bear, give them a call! and ask for explanations , it is illegal to promise something and then change the rules without notice:mad:
