Santander Fixed Rate Postal ISA 3.50% on £10,000+

Does anyone know anything about this ISA from Santander. It is a Fixed Rate Postal ISA paying 3.5% on balances over £10,000 fixed for 3 years.

Just been on the phone to Santander, and this one is only available in branch. I suggested it might be advisable to state that on the website.
