RM are turning into idiots.
My mum made her 2nd claim outa over 200 things posted, and theyve turned into complete fools.
A mirror she sent got damaged and they said she could only have a claim if she responded with 2 evaluations within 5 days. Baring in mind the item is with the buyer....
RM... complete clowns. The local depo near me has stopped talking parcels because they are too lazy and the other two post offices in my area are equiped with employess who all hate their jobs and sigh as you walk through the doors.0 -

Exactly the same with me, had several SD's without times on the website and every single one was delivered late.:mad:
My last claim for late delivery took 3 months for a refund cheque to arrive.0
