My husband wore linen mix trousers in a beige colour with a light white short sleeved shirt and nice brown leather sandals. he looked great and no sweat marks however we got married in Greece and it was at 7 o'clock at night.

    Good luck whatever you decide.

My H2B got his suit for our wedding in Jamaica (also around 30 degrees) today at House of Fraser - it was a light linen blend suit by Daniel Hechter for £119 in the sale (reduced from over £200). I can't find a picture online, so you would have to look in your local branch, but it is really nice, as although it is linen weight, and light in colour, it is really soft and doesn't crease like linen does.

If you can afford to spend a little bit more, M&S have a really nice linen and silk blend light suit, but it is £99 for the jacket and £49 for the trousers.

My H2B will be wearing a short-sleeved shirt under his jacket, and no tie, so that he is more comfortable. We still need to find this though, but are vearing towards a light blue shirt instead of white as OH is so fair that white completely washes him out.

We got him some brown loafer type shoes in clarks' sale for £29.99 to go with it, as I thought sandals would look a bit odd with a suit, and his feet are better off hidden bless him. lol

    Hope this helps someone,

We're getting married in Zante next May, and I've left it to my OH to choose what him, my dad and his two best men are wearing, so it will be a suprise for me! Thankfully, he's very stylish and looks gorgeous in anything so I'm not worried! I think he wants grey suit trousers and open white shirts..... maybe a waistcoat for himself, but I won't know until the day! Maybe he'll turn up in the Borat mankini....... :)

My daughter & OH are getting married in Gibraltar in August and the men are wearing this outfit.
Can't reccommend these people highly enough, OH wanted a white suit so they sourced one but it was brilliant white so we took it back (they have a small shop/warehouse open to the public) as it was during the postal strike and they sourced another 'ivory' suit quite happily.
The suits are good quality and the men look fiiiiine!
They also do 'formal' wedding suits at very good prices.
