Vote BNP and get this scum out.

    Two flaws to your argument;

    1) We've already had the election
    2) Lots of people voted for other parties and did, indeed, get the scum out

Mr Nur, 42, an unemployed bus conductor
Do bus conductors still exist?! No wonder he's unemployed! Wonder if it means driver!?

Anyway, i doubt very much that the new government will clean this type of abuse up. Maybe I'm just being cynical, but there IS an contingency fund or something, basically a get out clause in this new set of rules, that states in certain circumstances, the £400 (or whatever it is) ceiling would not kick in.

Sure I read this on the BBC news, where it talked about people with children going to certain schools, therefore need to live where they live. I think it was talking about special needs, but how do you define special needs?

Special needs are usually defined by having a Statement of Special Educational Needs

Not always.....a statement is very difficult to obtain and the school/LEA are more likely to try with School Action Plus (or whatever they want to call it nowadays) initially.

Special needs can be any child on school action plus or with a statement. I prefer to call it differing needs.
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

Why should they be disciplined if they are following the guidance sent down by central government?
But were they? can you prove that?

What got me was that he said that the area he was living in WAS POOR:rotfl::rotfl:, he forgot that' s what he IS ,NO JOB completely dependent on benefit ie POOR!!!

I will be sorry that the deserving cases will suffer because of people like this, but I can't wait for the housing change.

    AMD

I partially agree but the trouble is that unemployed people on housing benefit (especially him) do not seem to be poor anymore. They should be poor so that they would have motivation to get a job, but with this going on all the time, they seem not to be.

Wouldn't it be cheaper, seeing that the family are asylum seekers, to let them stay in a hostel with others in the same situation, until such time as their father gets off his lazy backside and gets a job with prospects to be able to afford the home they want?

    They are not asylum seekers.

They have been given right to remain in the UK which means they could be British Citizens with British Passports.

Otherwise they would not be legal for the council to house them in such a property.
    I'm not cynical I'm realistic :p

This left families literally homeless ( I remember having a few on m caseload like this) where instead they were piled into a one bedroom in a B&B for 350 a week when a house was refused at 250 a week.
But isn't that better than where that family have come from eg. mud hut.

We really need to be realistic here.

If the country is at war and their lives are at risk, well they hopefully will take anything in exchange for the safety this country provides.

    Presumptuous.

I doubt the family where that poor in Somalia otherwise they wouldn't have been able to pay to come here. They would be in a neighbouring country if they were poor and refugees.

It's normally the richer elements of societies who manage to get to Western countries as they have to pay people smugglers etc which you can't do if you are dirt poor.

Why are you presuming that everyone who is homeless is from the developing world? And that they live in "mud huts"!!!Most of my caseload were British???
