SKINT - wedding to go too on sat - Now advice on wrapping odd shaped pressie

Well.. I know I know I know that this has been coming, spen too much for OH's bday last week and have a wedding on saturday... A Civil Partnership one.. never been to one before...

I have dumped the hotel room in favour of paying my bro £30 to take us too and from Manchester... Suit already cleaned... BUT... Need new wedding style shirt & tie, a pressie that I have no idea and no money to get it with... and the spends...

Any suggestions on a true DFW pressie that would be nice ?

Can you make up some bottles of olive oil with herbs/garlic cloves?
The ability of skinny old ladies to carry huge loads is phenomenal. An ant can carry one hundred times its own weight, but there is no known limit to the lifting power of the average tiny eighty-year-old Spanish peasant grandmother.

My eternal favourite for EVERY event of the days newspaper in a frame..

shirt and tie - Asda for you I'm afraid! Or borrow off mate?

Spends - the scots way - ensure wife has half bottle in handbag and takes diet coke with her when she goes to loo to top up.

Oh blast. We are off to a wedding Saturday - eve and night. We have saved up to pay for the hotel (we dont get to go away on our own, so I am going to relish that!)

BUT! I've forgotton a bloody present. Argh! Thanks for the reminder. I don't understand how I have managed to forget that!

Off to boots tomorrow methinks. Have £14 saved up in points and see what I can get.

And I intend to take my own hip-flask for OH. I'm on the soft stuff anyway Boo-Hoo......

Nah, you can give anything you like as a gift! You have to promise not to be upset if it isn't on display in the house though!!
