Ive seen a nifty little ornamant thing in glynn webb that is really nice & modern... are ornaments a no no at awedding ?

Ill deffo do the newspaper thing though, I really like that one !

    that sounds fine

and its the thought that counts ;) :rotfl:
deffo do the taking your own spirits as hotels charge a fortune ! also drink as much of the provided alc as possible ;)
  • Hey Mike! I hope you enjoyed yourself in the Village on Friday night!

Here's a cheap idea. Are the happy couple going on honeymoon? Give them vouchers as a pressie offering your services (No! Not those sort of services! They have each other now! :D).

How about a delivery of essential groceries on their return? It will give you a chance to save up. Or offer to go round and cook them a post-honeymoon romantic dinner and base it on wherever they're going. If they're not going away, offer a "one-month anniversary" celebration dinner. OS board has some great meal ideas.
 What if the hokey cokey is what it's all about?

Assuming it's not in a box, how about not even trying, just tie some ribbon around it with a nice bow?
