So basically you were rushing and you fell over? What happened to the injured child ... and what does this have to do with credit cards?Gone ... or have I?0

In other words i was not concentrating while in asda while other things were taking place, all i want to do now is talk to my solicitor and try get some money out of asda..
Unfortunately these things happen on a daily bases across the big supermarkets across the uk,and i can tell you this now their solicitors will be better than yours..
Not trying to sound nasty but it is true..0 -
whoops, i am new to this so have added it to the wrong section. how do i move it?
i wasn't running if thats what you are getting at0 -
and am not after money either. just disgusted!0

How do you manage to write such a long message correctly with 1 arm. I usually have plenty of typos with just a 3 line post.0

It wasn't your fault, you tripped in ASDA trying to find first aid for another customer whose childs mouth was bleeding, after a trolley had fallen on it.
You are entitled to compensation - which solicitor are you using?
I suggest you get a better one.
The fact you are going to be off work for some time is shocking, not to mention the pain and distress you have gone through (and your children, you can get compensation for their trauma too)

I wonder if they have it on CCTV? If you did slip on something wet, I would have thought you would have every reason to make a claim. I can't see how else you could have slipped, unless your shoes were slippy. Write everything down you remember. Was it raining? Were there cleaners nearby? If you can't remember, then their CCTV should show it I would have thought.0
