Is my laptop over protected?

Could someone cast an eye on the below programs installed on my Dell laptop running Vista and check if i have not over protected the laptop.
Avira Antivirus
Malwarebyte Anti Malware
Ad-Aware
Spybot Search and destroy
Spywareblaster
SpywareGuard
Zonealarm Firewall
and of course CCleaner

Yes, personal outbound firewalls are bloat and most people have no idea whether to allow or deny an outbound process so select allow, router (backed up with windows firewall) stops people getting in, resident virus scanner (backed up with secondary manual scanner eg malwarebytes) stops 99%+ of infections.
avast5, malwarebytes, and windows firewall (+ ccleaner which has little to do with security) will run much better than the long list in the op's post, with little or no difference in protection.!!

CCleaner
Use Vista's firewall, behind my router
also have Windows Defender
Never had any problems so far since I got this laptop 17 months ago using the above softwares
