How on earth do you apply liquid eyeliner??

Id recommend watching Lauren Luke on youtube..her username is panacea81 or something (I cant remember the number on the end). SImply type in the youtube search bar and her profile should come up...She did have a liquid liner application video on there...and shes fun to watch too..Listen out for the dogs snoring in the background

Have your eyelashes tinted blue black and it all but does away with the need for eyeliner!
