  • I know how you feel Scaredy. No doubt I'll have a craving for cheesy crisps later as I've started drinking my rose wine.

    Anyone fancy a glass?

Do I bother going to the shops and getting a bag of crisps? I want them, but it might just be a fleeting 'want' as it's dinnertime soon and I'm getting peckish.

We seem to have an attack of giant flies here, scary looking things they are and they seem to get in if a window is opened just a tiny bit:eek:

there was a smaller on in our bedroom last night and it kept landing on my and OH's faces when we were asleep......

I am off out in a bit for a dancy night out with my friend:dance:
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

Just had to do kitchen acrobatics (climbed on the side and held onto a cupboard whilst trying not to bang my head on the glass bit on the extractor) to change a light bulb....Then I was worrying if I'd left it on and whether I'd be electrocuted....that's the 2nd bulb in a month....what is my flat doing....eating them?

scaredy, they were energy saving ones, but no idea where from! I picked up 6 in Poundland (Phillips ones) and they're a lot better, theyve got the smaller bulb so I'm reckoning these ones must be old.

Bloody hell, now I want popcorn, but I've just had dinner!
