Amazon do not do cashback or vouchers.

Email amazon.co.uk and ask for a £5 voucher code. I've done this 3 times but only because there was a delay in sending out my order(s), but it's a good reason to ask hehe...0

What email address did you use to contact Amazon? I'll give this a try as I'm still waiting for a book I ordered in June. They relented in August and sent the rest of the order, but it's still very annoying!
