You can't receive a caution unless you admit having committed an offence, so it would appear that there is something missing in your OP.

Yes he did admit it my son wouldn't say he didn't hit him when he did? he also told them that the guy pushed him. Well he told them everything that happened. I am not sure what you mean by "something missing"

so what good has it done he OP then getting involved and where exactly in the OP did it suggest that rape was on the cards?
Are you serious or just plain stupid?
The OP's son did the RIGHT thing, and although this consequence turned against him, i bet he would do the smae again....(i know i would)

maybe "he was trying to pull the girls trousers off" gives an indication of rape.

Yeah the perils of skim reading I'm afraid, I missed that part!

He probably deserved the punch then!

You know that you can put your side across without resulting to insults even if this is a forum.

As above I skim read the OP and did not see that part.

    ...and your next guess is?

What would your guess be as to the intention?

There's not really much you can do here. He shouldn't have accepted the caution, but on the flip-side, many domestic violence cases would result in the female refusing to give evidence, so he could have ended up in a worse situation.

CRB is check is catching out of lot of ppl at the moment especially teacher and others with dealing with people at risk all it takes is one unfounded allegation and bye bye career. Is he definitely unable to get a licence for an old cations or case of the ppl he's done the training for refusing to issue?.

I suspect there a few door man have old Cautions and worse out there.

I'd suggest he needs to chase up the original caution he received and see what records the Police hold and if possible challenge it (it may however be too late, you'd probably need to ask a solicitor). In hindsight (useful isn't it) he should never have agreed to accept the caution (which he must of done for it to be issued). I would think the doorman training company are within their rights to keep the £700 despite not delivering the training (or did he get the training and just not the licence?) because he failed the CRB (assuming it says such somewhere in the T&Cs he signed with them).

What I meant was your OP omitted to say that he accepted a caution rather than have the case tested in court. Anything that requires a clean criminal record is affected by the existence of a police caution.

I don't need to guess, I read the OP.
so what good has it done he OP then getting involved and where exactly in the OP did it suggest that rape was on the cards?

err, yep, that would be in the OP too...3rd line where it says the male had ripped open her blouse and was trying to get her trousers off...

I love it when people don't read things properly and then try and make others look silly... Here's a lovely cap...does it fit you?
