Recommend me property management agency for small shared freehold

Howdy wise forum.

I have part a shared freehold in Reading, there is 5 of us and tensions are rising slightly over who does what and responsibilites (our accounts submissions were late this year.)

None of us really has any idea what we are doing and dispite it being reasonably simple (few shared bills, accounts to accountant, collecting Direct Debits, company director admin, submitting everything to companies house etc) I feel that it could cause tension over what are friendly neigbours.

Can we pay someone sensbile money to do everything for us?

Only companies so far have been over £1k a year which seems steep.

Anyone recommend anything?

Local to Reading would be preferable

Would really like someone to be the address for all bills, sort Companies house paperwork, collect DD's, sort accounts etc.

The only comapny I have found are:

http://www.leaseholdersupport.co.uk/

Which seem to be what we are looking for but I cannot find any feedback on them.

As a reference we had to pay our accountant £350 this year to prepare the accounts so hopefully we are only going to pay a couple of hundred more than that.

TIA!!
