All clients payments take approx 5-6 working days to clear on our accounts.

Funky and Helen - I honestly knew there was no way I would cope with Payplan (also my ex has a DMP with them and once again I am getting letters from his creditors chasing him at my address!). I did mine all with the templates from National Debtline - I did have to call some of them - but really it was only to clarify what I had put in writing to them.
I have been doing this since November? I have had I think 3 reviews from them all extending for another 6 or 12 months. Obv there is no guarantee that they can or will continue to accept my plan - but I am thinking as long as keep making the payments on time, and that I am willing to send them an update every few months (as nothing changes) it will continue.
Good luck and if I can help in anyway please let me know...

I've gone it along, I manage 5 debts with I think 3 companies, they are all on pro-rata amounts at the moment, and as one is cleared, the money goes towards one or two of the others so they clear quicker.** Total debt: £6950.82 ± May NSDs 1/10 **** Fat Bum Shrinking: -7/56lbs **
**SPC 2012 #1498 -£152 and 1499 ***
I do it all because I'm scared.

Ive been having fun with Payplan this month , all going smoothly for the past 14 months been paying the same as I always have but this month their computer systems decide to pay everybody less than they usually receive.
So after numerous emails they send the rest out a few days later (saying that some monies have still not been paid out). I'm now waiting with for my creditors to kick off even though its not my fault.
Not impressed...I have to say!! This is their last chance now...0 -
I wonder Paul and Funky how manymore out there are having these problems, thanks to some help on here i am now seriously weighing up the go it along factors and i think payplan will be history for me sooner rather than later.0

Its all very odd, I have to say. For example - My monthly payment to Capital one has been clearing apparently since the 6th of this month where as all the others that were paid on the same day have cleared...
As Helen says it would be quite interesting to know if its only a few of us having these problems or its most people.
Helen and funky if you do decide to go it alone I would be interested to find out how it went for you as I'm quite seriously considering it as well.
However in Payplans defence this is the first month Ive had problems but they do concern me slightly.0
