im confused, first email said there was one on the way,
then customer services on the phone said he was declined,
4 hours later hes still not had an email confirming this??

you think so deano? hes going by the fact they confirmed on the phone that he was declined but hasnt got anything in email.
in actual fact, if he hadnt called he would still be expecting a delivery on monday

My OH a while back got a promising email from 3 and 2 days later they said sorry it was decline:o best to ring to make sure.
