this is frankly a daft question, you can't stop them, you can either make your filtering more stringent or get a new e-mail address.
it's a bit like asking how to stop crap from being posted through your letter box, either find someone to pre-screen it, do it yourself, or glue your mailbox shut (figuratively speaking) and you won't recieve anything.0
