    No Di that's the Lloyds Tsb one:D,you are getting confused;).

    Cap one is the one where they said i got the cc without ppi then phoned up a month later to add it:think:.

    Sent a letter saying i don't think so and can you send me copies of the proof,that was on the 10th July,still not heard anything.

    Cap one cc claim update,well they contacted me and informed me that i ticked the box not requiring ppi but phoned up a month later asking for ppi to be added.Sent them a later asking for proof,documentation etc(well they told me they had proof:mad:)got one back a couple of weeks ago telling me that because of the date cc they dont have any proof but stand by their reasoning they have refused my cc claim:D....hang on they refused my claim because they had proof:shocked:.

    Waiting to hear from my reply that its all a load of lies and i would like my money back plus interest,listed all my points so just waiting to hear another pack of lies of why they wont refund it.

    So do you have this in writing as well? (where they state they have proof) etc?

    Yes they told me i phoned them to discuss my account and ppi was added then to my account(would that not be ppi sold over the phone then:D) they said they have proof so i asked for it and low and behold they don't have proof.

    Still got a feeling they will go down the FOS route tho,its what they all seem to be doing.

    Di i asked them for all proof,recordings,documentation etc but they don't have anything,oh they do have the original application but the ppi box is not ticked because i didnt want it,they said it was then added?,so theres no documentation with ppi selected really:o.......but they stand by their reasons:rotfl:.

    Yes but you have had telephone conversations recently, you could ask them for these, I am sure these would be recorded.;)
