Maybe If Martin Lewis withdrew uswitch from the site uswitch may wake up a bit. I wouldn't mind betting that a good percentage of their custom has been thanks to this site and for them to be so flipping inefficient doesn't bode well.:rolleyes:

I replyed to the email they sent me yesterday and was amazed to find a reply today

"Your champagne will take 3 months to arrive. If your switch was confirmed by the end
of August then you should recieve this during October. I will forward your email to the team that deals with the champagne specifically and see if we can get your a more accurate date."

So theres still hope!
Who knows i may get it for Christmas ( What year?)

Anyone got any updates on this?
I emailed customer services 3 times on thursday, but no reply - I think they are ignoring me.

I think they have some spin doctors in the customer service dept! The latest reply claimed that they were still waiting for confirmation that the switch had taken place and the champagne would be delivered up to 3 months after this had been recieved!!

i would try calling them up if they have a number otherwise you need to make a complaint i'm not sure of who to other than a local newspaper or local news company, where did they advertise it

Well, still nothing.

I managed to speak to someone from the company. He promised me it would be sent out within a week.

You would think I would be all sorted now.

You would be so very, very, wrong.

That was the 5th September.

Glad to see the big cheese (Martin) is now involved but I personally think they are a useless sack of !!!!!! company who do nothing more than sift through different offers from different companies. Ask them to do something out of this remit, they crumble.
