I switched my electrcity through MSE about 3 months ago and have not received my free bottle of champange from uswitch.
I have emailled their customer service department 4 times and have not even had an automated reply. Has anyone else had the same problem and any tips in getting your bottle of fancy pop?
Thanks,
Strapface

I didn't get any for a while, sent an email and they responded with a 'It will be on the way shortly' message. Sure enough it arrived about 2 days later. Since then I have had two more delivered!!!0

I think uSwitch seem to be in a mess. I applied 3 weeks ago, not heard a thing nevermind get my champagne. It is all very disappointing, I have been hearing for ages how easy it is to change suppliers but the reality is different.0

They have probably been inundated with people swapping there suppliers with the latest round of increases. I'm sure they will get through the backlog.
Probably sparkling wine anyways!0 -
YUp - I've had 3 bottles of Piper Heidseck - so far it's been one a month - LOL. Saving them for Xmas:pNoli nothis permittere te terere

I got this reply when I asked them about it:
"Dear Sir or Madam,
Thank you for contacting uSwitch.com with your enquiry.
If you did the switch through the martin Lewis website the bottle of champagne is available to you. This will take up to eight weeks before this will arrives, which is stated clearly in the terms and conditions.
If you wish for more information or have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us here again. You can also contact us via phone, fax or letter using the details found here: http://www.uswitch.com/Popups/contact_us.asp"
still no booze0 -
Which email address did you use to get a reply? I've been using customerservices@uswitch.com but not had a sausage as yet, the !!!!!!.0

I switched my mum over for electric and phone about three months ago and we heard nothing. I emailed them and they said that they were waiting for confirmation from the suppliers that the switch had gone through. I emailed to say that it went through no problems and my mum was now being billed for her new services but no response.
I think all you lucky blighters getting a bottle a month are doing so at the expense of those of us who haven't had anything
(not that I blame your glee)
