turkey escalopes...any meal ideas..?

    I've tried that in the past and found the taste to be quite bland, I think this time I am going to try the philly and mushroom sauce with them, that sounds yummy.

    Oh well each to their own ;):D I find chicken breast dries out so that's why I prefer the turkey steaks for quick cooking.

    That topping does sound nice :)

    Hi All

    Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions as to what I can do with some Turkey Escalopes? Was thinking of suffing them or something but have no idea how to or infact what to stuff them with.

    Hubby absolutely hates mushrooms and tomato based sauce things............apart from that he will eat just about anything. Was thinking if I wrapped them in bacon or something? As you can see Im not very good at this. Also have no idea how long they will take to cook.

    All suggestions welcome!
