I am thinking of getting a phone with these as my friend has gone it in the past, my question is do they charge me £5.99 everytime i call them or is it just for ordering it over the phone? also is there a email address i can use to cancel my insurance and the gaget thing as i want to have proof by email i have cancelled it so i can send it in if they don't.

    1) Only over the phone. 2) Do it on-line on the cpw warehouse site if you can find your way around it. 3) TMTI (the "gadget thing") has an 0845 number which they provide when you take out a contract including it (which you generally have to with cpw). There is another number but I keep some things to myself because I know what happens when they get broadcast on here.
