I mentioned as a comment under one of Mother Nature's posts on Facebook that I hadn't received a confirmation email to fill in and got an email a couple of days later starting "I noticed you said you hadn't received email for details .....". My card turned up yesterday, but I hhaven't yet checked if there are funds on it.
Maybe try leaving a comment like I did if you haven't received the email to complete?I must go, I have lives to ruin and hearts to break
