I just wish they would advise us what to actually do, i mean it is all very well us trying to work out what to do but surely they should be telling us 'Ok there is a problem, can everyone please email...blah blah' having said that you would think they would have a record of cards sent out (even if not who got which one) and they could check which ones have not been credited? I know it would be a pain but..surely less of a pain than making us all run around like headless chickens trying to work out what we're meant to be doing! I have said to my family to hold on while i try to work out what to do as they feel so gutted they want to just throw them away!

I'm still waiting for 3 cards too. Would settle for just one at the moment - I'm starting to think I've been forgotten about with the amount of people that seem to have already recieved theirs.

My card arrived this morning and thank goodness a phone call to JJB confirmed that there is £15 on it. Thanks to all those who posted the comp and those who have kept us up to date with the problems.
Thanks to all posters. You're all angels:A
  • Rung up just now. Told the woman that I won it as part of a competition and a lot of people hadn't had their credit added. She instantly knew what I was on about and said that everything had been resolved but checked it for me anyway. The £15 is now on my card.

Worth ringing up to check, it only took me a couple of minutes.
