I got my bill from 3 today. It states that I listened to 16 tracks which cost 99p each.
There is no way I did.
Does anyone else have any experience of this? Do 3 cheat customers in this way?
It reminds me of another experience with Tmobile when it was called one2one. My bill was calculated wrongly and one of their operators told me it was a computer error. They later denied that anyone said that...

Ive had a few suspicious items on my bill that I didnt ever recall. I just assume its my kids. Its your word against theirs.0
