have got a great deal from these and have had no problem with getting my first 2 cashback installments of £66 but you have to follow the instructions very carefully.Keep all e mails with account numbers on etc and copy and send in all docs by recorded delivery and usually allow 14 days for acknowledgment by e mail before you start worrying.Make sure you check their address prior to sending anything in as it has changed from when I originally bought the phone but most of the internet firms do this.
