Tesco clubcard mailings

We have 2 Clubcard accounts, on one we have receive the mailing (a week or so ago) but on the other we haven't had the mailing but more worrying is the balance hasn't gone down (usually just after the cut off date the points balance goes down for those converted to vouchers...) This is the larger balance of the two cards as well, and we were hoping to go to MFI in the January sales...

Anyone else had this happen?

Mine are still not here, yet my OH who started a card (don't ask me why!) got his a week ago!

PS the bonus point vouchers were abit poor free bag for life, 25 points on laundy, 25 points on milk, 25 points on bread and ready meals.

We are still waiting for 1 accounts vouchers to come. The other we have had for at least 10 days now. The latest shopping receipt says we should of had them by today (25/11) but nothing in the post. Could it be with this account being newly opened since the last clubcard mailings? There was over 2000 points on so there was well over the 150 points to entitle us to the vouchers. Has this happened to anyone else before and how long did you have to wait for them to arrive? What we can't understand is why they aren't posted out at similar times - obviously don't mail out according to postcodes. Going to be a long weekend waiting til Mon to see if they arrive then.

My friend regularly receives (by post) a set of vouchers for 5 pounds off a 50 pound shop at Tescos. I have never received these.

Does anyone have a tip for getting them. I emailed Tesco and got this reply:-

I fully appreciate your comments at not being included in our latest promotional mailing and I am sorry for the disappointment caused.

I would like to explain that complimentary mailings are sent out throughout the year and are all different. They may be targeted to specific area, such as when a new store is opening, or sent to a random selection of Clubcard holders. Therefore, not every customer will receive each mailing.
