Tesco clubcard mailings

We got three mailings fro Tesco HL ... two had the 100 points for online spend and 1 had 500 ....
We have two older accounts ... one each from before we moved in together ... each about 5 plus years old ... and 1 new one that is for when we pay cash for stuff ... it is this newer one that got the 500 points!

I haven't had one of my mailings yet either. I think they say your mailing should be with you by the 25 November - so probably a bit early to contact them yet.

Anyone know if there is an Asda or Sainsburys in South Wales that will take Tesco Clubcard vouchers?

Anyone not received as many points as they were expecting? I *know* I was due more points - from receipts from a few weeks ago the points total was quite a bit higher than on this mailing - and they've only carried a few over. So where have the rest of my points gone?? Just hope to god I can find any of the receipts with the higher total on.

Got mine this morning - made my day to see a Tesco's envelope.
but then.....

..... i swear i was supposed to get more points than i've been given!!!

What's going on? Are Tesco's swiping my points?!

I'm looking for the latest receipt before the points were converted, but in the meantime, i'm pretty sure that i'm supposed to have more!

and Tesco.com is a little useless. shows my points to be zero when they are obviously not!

can anyone shed some light on this?

(oh yeah, and my reward coupons were useless this time too!!)

Im also missing at least 1000 points. Dont know if there is any point ringing about the missing points as I usually get nowhere.

I did have good reward coupons (for once!!)
