Got mine this morning but only received £30.00 worth of vouchers rather than the £45 I was expecting but I guess the points were carried over to this quarters.

    Also got the following:-
    Double points on your shopping
Half price Onken Rice with fruit compote
75 points on fresh beef when spend £2.50 or more
40 points on Finest pre-packed fruit and veg when spend £1.00 or more
175 points when buy Fairy Laundry and Fabric together
30 points Heinz kids pasta meals with added omega 3

My points total doesn't match even allowing for those which will be carried over to the next mailing. I was supposed to get two lots of 1000 points from the wine offers, can't see them anywhere ( the total under "Points from Tesco. com " isn't enough for them to have been included ).

I'm going to get on my high horse now:mad:

I don't think Tesco are nearly transparent enough with their points. They should set up something on their website where you can check itemised points in real time instead of just getting a total with no idea where those points could have come from ( I get mine from all over the place - it's totally impossible, and it drives me mad trying to keep track! ). Tesco seem to assume that customers will look on the points as an extra and not be too fussed about the accuracy ( imagine the fuss if they gave out the wrong change in the store! ) I don't see the points as a gimmick that can be treated in a more lacksadaisical(sp) fashion, they are actually worth a lot of money over their two year life span. After all, the offer of the points are part of Tesco's strategy to make someone shop with them and not somewhere else and part of the customer's calcuation as to whether the price of your goods is worth it. If you bought something because added points etc made it cheaper than buying elsewhere and then you don't get the points that's as bad as mispricing something in my view. Now, there's a thought - how about refund and replace for missing points........
  • I got a letter yesterday from Tesco apologising for not having put 1000 points from the savings account offer (Martins recommendation from a while ago) onto my clubcard account. Obviously this has now missed the latest voucher handout.
Even worse is the fact that I hadn't noticed that they weren't there:eek:

I do agree with 'rosy' that there needs to be a more detailed list of points awareded and when. But then for a large number of people they aren't that worried. It's only clubcard-nuts like those who subscribe to threads like this, and that collect large numbers of points, to whom a detailed list would be of great use - and as it won't do anything for Mr Tescos profits I can't see it happening - unfortunately.

Anyway, thanks to a code from the 'Codes' thread theres another 1000 points coming with my grocery order next week. Thank you Mr T:T

  • I got another set of Tesco vouchers today but only £34.50 worth as the card isn't used that much, still awaiting my biggie vouchers from my tesco credit card.

The vouchers I had today were great:
    1,000 points for tesco.com
    20 points for newspapers
50 points for fruit or veg
    half price cat food

Pleased with those ones and hope my others come tomorrow
