Hi, if you browse the main homepage of the Cashplus site rather than the application page and hover over the button called 'Top up card' there is a link called Standing Order. You can either use the details given to setup a standing order with your bank or there is a link to a PDF copy of a mandate. I send over my budget when I get paid plus £5.

Usually the payment takes 1-2 working days to clear and you get a text advising you the funds are available. Also the online login is accessible by mobile phone which can be handy if you are out and want to see your balance for free (dependant upon mobile Internet charges).

If you pay at the Post Office they should swipe your card (not use the terminals) and then the money is available the next day. Again you'll get a text.

For some the lag in accessing the money can be a pain, but I find it helps me to budget more as it gives you a chance to make sure you really need it.

Regarding the credit builder I can proudly say that I have just finished the agreement which has been notified to the credit reference agencies. I shall be taking another one out next month.

This is a link to the terms and conditions https://secure.membersaccounts.com/OnlineApp/termsandconditions.htm

It states quite clearly in the boxes what you will be charged for.

Hope the above helps anyone thinking of using one. There may be better ones or more cost effective, but it does what I want and I am happy to recommend it.
