Wildfire vs Desire

Hi,
I'm struggling to decide between the two. I've been hanging off and waiting to get the Desire and now I've seen the Wildfire I'm wondering about it.
Other than there is a difference in size, are there any major differences?
My husband has the Desire and I really like it, I just wonder if I'd be better with the slightly smaller one (might fit in my pocket/small handbag easier
).
Cheers.

The Wildfire has much lower screen resolution, smaller screen and a slower processor (just over half the speed). It's not a Desire, but it's not a bad phone either, judging by the spec. There's love in this world for everyone. Every rascal and son of a gun.
It's for the many and not the few. Be sure it's out there looking for you.
In every town, in every state. In every house and every gate.
Wth every precious smile you make. And every act of kindness.

I just went throuh the opposite thought process, ordered the Wildfire and decided to cancel and go for the Desire - neither actually available of course!
I am sure the Desire is better but the point is, I bought a case for the Wildfire (bit premature I know) but have compared sizes and worked out it will also fit the Desire but it may stick out of the top by about 5mm more so I don't think size should be a factor for you as they are very close0
