Good morning peeps
It's Tuesday - hooray! Out with the Monday blues and in with some better mood, less cake eating and more positive attitude!
I was going for a non spender and then I remembered I've decided to go to one of those meetings that you pay them to tell you how overweight you are  Ahhhh the small pleasures in life eh? :rotfl: I bet I will regret that doughnut from yesterday even more later!
So, I'll put me down for £5 as joining is free. Wish me luck!
Have a good day everyone and if you can't not spend, keep is as low as poss

Good morning, Moozie!
Another NSD for me... will let OH get milk and loo roll on his way home from work...
Just realised our (just moved) first Council Tax payment is due on the 19th and I don't get paid until the 28th, which isn't going to work. I just rang 'em and they said there's nothing they can do, If i set up a DD the last payment date I can pay it on is the 25th. Booo...0 -
Probably going shopping today, but going to try to keep it under 20 quid as its only a shop for a little less than a week.
Enjoy the meeting moozie - and stop regretting that donut - everyones allowed the occasional treat!DFW Nerd No. 140

Hi all,
I am going for another no spend day today, avoided an almost nightmare situation: I sometimes wear trainers to commute work, got to the station today and my train was cancelled so I sat on the bench to wait for the next one, had a nagging doubt that I had forgotten something and then it dawned on me- my shoes!!! So I rushed back home to bring them and still got back in time for the next train. So if that train hadn't been cancelled I would have been half way to work before realising and would have had to have bought some shoes as I have to look presentable. So from now on these shoes are staying under my desk.Saving for an early retirement!0 -
Planning a lunchtime walk
But not taking the wallet so that should help0 -
£0.59 on a pot of tea in Tesco cafe this morning whilst waiting for an appointment
£15.00 in Boots on some bits & bobs....whilst waiting for an appointment.
£6 in Tescos on some socks & underwear, errr...whilst waiting for an appointment
£28 on the appointment! Had to go for remedial massage for back problems (possibly a pinched nerve that needs releasing).
Pleased to say that it seems to have helped quite a bit and I will be returning to work tomorrow. May have to go back for one more session but won't know for a day or two. If it helps though, it's worth every penny.Bank Balance: In the black for the moment.
Sainsburys Loan: Cleared July 2010
Credit cards: AMEX Airmiles Card: direct debit set to clear balance monthly

Not a good day - was supposed to be another no-spender (to make 4 in a row!), but... had to get fuel for lawnmower (£5.72), got to work to find a rejection email, so splurged online for some books (£19.15), and a DVD boxset (2600 nectar points)
Still, now 4 days on the trot cycling to work (or about £10 saved on car costs)
FWLBM - 1st Sept 06 - Debts: around £80k (not entirely sure...:o )0 -
