Can I get 3 to change my IPhone deal.
I have been with 3 for some years and when I said I was leaving in April I was offered an IPhone deal which was £99.00 for the phone, 24 months contract 700 Mix and Match. Unlimited Internet, 300 three to three minutes etc. for £27.00 per month. When the phone came I was still unsure and so I rang them and they offered me 18 month contract, free phone, and £27.00 Mix and Match Minutes, Unlimited Internet etc.
When I got the 1st bill the £99.00 charge was still on there and I called them and they said they would refund it. They then sent me a new contract showing:-
18 month contract
£21.00 700 Minute Mix and Match
60 Minutes 3 to 3 Video Calls
300 free three to three calls
Free Voicemail
Free Instant messaging
Free Skype
It then says
Free Internet Max ( 2 gb Allowance)
Video Pack £6.00
I called to query the £6.00 Video Pack and said I had not ordered it and they said it was a charge that was to cover the now free IPhone. However £6.00 per month over 18 months is £108.00 so is more than the £99.00 they refunded me and I did not agree to this. When I looked up Video Pack on a previous post on her I found this
"the video packs come in varying sizes and costs, which subsidises the handset cost. Although you are "paying" more, these video packs give you video call minutes to the 3 network. E.g. £3 video pack gives you 30 mins, £15 video pack gives you 150 minutes.
You can opt at the start of the contract or at point of upgrade that you do no not want this pack added, but as stated they will then a cost to the handset, generally 18 times the video pack amount, i.e. £5 video pack x 18 months = £90"
I feel Three have not provided the contract I was offered and wonder where I stand with this. I went into the Apple store today to look at the IPhone 4 for sister and when I mentioned the video pack and 60 minutes of 3 to 3 video calls I was told by the assistant that the 3GS IPhone does not have video calling anyway.

Are you sure the £27pm is correct? Because the breakdown you gave of £21+£6 works out to what you ageed as your monthly payment. also video call time can be used as normal call time too according to their CS when I last asked as a 3 customer.0
