O2 12 month sim only retention deals?
hi all
i am currently on a 12 month sim only deal, (300 mins unlimited txt and landlines) £ 10 pound per month. the contract ends at the start of next month.
i am not bothered about changing the plan or a new phone. i have spoke to retention already and the say the can not offer me a better deal even if i sign a new 12 month contact. is this true.
i see they are giving £ 50 and £100 cashback on topcashback for all new 10 and 20 pound 12 mnth sim only plans.
in light of this i asked for a credit on my account to sray for another 12 month. the said they can not do this.
will i have better look if i request my pac code, am i right in thinking if i dont use my pac code , everything will carry on as normal
anyone had any lock with getting there sim only price lowered?
. many thanks

They have no incentive to keep anyone on £10 tariff. Why should they? Simonly already gives you a good value vs an 18/24mth contract. If you signed up to a long term plan then they maybe able to give a reduction, otherwise look else where. Most simonly are comparable these days. The choice is only in which network to go for.
If you want it cheaper sign up via a cashback website like topcashback or quidco for some free money.0 -

Yes, you are correct. You need to use PAC within 30 days. If you don't, the contract simply continues. If you do, the contract is cancelled (although you will be billed for the 30 day period).0 -
but the contract runs on - you may lose a discount but you wont get unlimited TXT & LL anymore if you swap plan - maybe swallow the rise if this suits your needsIf I helped or saved you money - Thank me
If I helped you spend some money - spank me
If I done both - :lipsrseal me:eek:0
