Yes I'm sure you do. However the company have told you what you are legally entitled to (ie nothing) and we've agreed with them
Just wanting a different answer does not make it happen!
Besides which, the resizing could well be responsible for the stones being off centre and is certainly responsible for the lack of the hallmark. Why should the company be responsible for something that you have done to your ring?0 -
I don't think you'll be able to do anything other than sell the ring on.
You wouldn't expect to take back trousers or a skirt that you'd had the length of altered and this is no different really.0 -
