if you have tried all major networks maybe best look for the best PAYG packageIf you dont like me remember its mind over matter, I dont mind and you dont matter0

Try some of the other providers. Virgin piggyback the T-Mobile signal (watch out for the 30p a day charge for internet use on your phone if you don't get a package that includes free web) and Tesco piggyback O2. Their credit requirements may be lower.
Alternatively, follow the "improve your credit rating" advice on this site and try again in 6 months. In the beginning, the universe was created. This made a lot of people very angry and was widely regarded as a bad move. The late, great, Douglas Adams.0 -
2-3 years ago I was in the same position but I found a compnay saying they get contract phones for people with bad credit intek commuincations.
They got me on orange didnt get much choice of phone and it was dolphin 25 24mth take it or leave it but hey ho. I now have and iphone and another phone always pay on time and they are happy to add new handsets to my account.0 -
Why do you need a contract? Is it something you can't cover using something like payg simplicity and a payg phone? Once you've had the sim for a while they may be a little more relaxed on their checks when you upgrade to a contact.0

My advice is stop trying for a contract. Everytime you apply a search is registered on your credit file. Anyone searching your credit file will see that you have applied to all the networks in a small period of time. This will tell them one of two things - (1) you have been refused a contract by all the networks or (2) you are up to something sinister.0

Try O2 simplicity (pay monthly). They have a lower credit scoring requirement as it's sim only. After six months, they will consider an upgrade if your account is in good order. As it's sim only, there is no phone.
To add to what people have said above, you shouldn't keep trying and you may need to wait six months before you try another network. Also, I checked with Tesco and they do a full credit search on sim only and contracts. They would offer a capped tariff which they described as 'a bit like pay as you go'.0 -
adding to simplicity, orange have low checks, o2 tends to have still high demand on credit score, and you can upg after 3rd payment within right time scales0
