I'm afraid the dealer definately saw you coming if you paid £1700 for that.
As already stated, the bodykit alone tells you the car has had the !!!!!! kicked out of it by whoever fitted it.
If you want cheap power with decent handling and acceptable looks then you might as well go for something like a 3 litre V6 Omega.
I doubt the extra everything you get as standard will add much to your insurance as they are pretty much seen as a classic car these days, and if you drive one sensibly then you will get the 32mpg out of it that Vauxhall claim.Remember kids, it's the volts that jolt and the mills that kill.0
